Add Friends

i) Follow all friends or followers of a user

Logon on to you twitter account,

Add any of your followers’ or friends’ followers or friends, by right clicking and choosing the relevant item or clicking Follow All Friends or Follow all Followers check box

Or

Right click on any user and list his followers or friends thru the right click menu, and follow all his followers or friends by right clicking and selecting the relevant item or clicking Follow All Friends or Follow all Followers check box

Or

Search for users, right click on any search result, and follow all that user’s followers or friends by right clicking and selecting the relevant item or clicking Follow All Friends or Follow all Followers check box.

Search by the way is complete with search suggestions if there is any.

ii) Select individual users you want to add
For any given list of users you’ve reached (by either searching or enlisting any user’s followers or friends,) you can use Strangers tab to pick only the strangers amongst the listed users. You can either select and follow the users

Or

Select all that have been fetched (usually users on page one only are fetched), and follow them

Or
Select all the strangers in all the pages and follow them.

Any friend that you choose to unfollow thru this application is remembered by the application. It lets you have the option of not following a person unfollowed user.

Remove Friends

Logon on to you twitter account, go to the friends tab, either prepare your application by check selecting individual friends to unfollow,

Or

Remove all friends on fetched pages,

Or

Remove all friends on all pages.

Combine, Show non following friends, and you can remove non following friends on fetched pages or all non following friends.

Of course as you surf thru friends and strangers (users who are not your friends, they can still be your follower though) of other users and search for users, you would come across people who are either you friends or followers, indicated by number on Friends/Strangers tabs like this.

You can turn to these tabs and follow/unfollow these users as you please as explained above.

Others

At any moment to any number of users enlisted, you can send direct messages.

Add/Remove Friends/Send Direct Message, all these tasks are two step processes, first you enlist users, by selecting combinations of various options, and then clicking Follow/Unfollow/Send Direct Message. For each task you would be given the number of users actually enlisted, and you would be asked for a go ahead.

For every user that chooses to be remembered, will have his preferences logged as well, next time you log you’d be given all the settings with which you logged off.

You can use surf history to go back to any set of users.
The page size by default is 10 but can be played around with.
The application runs on without profile pic mode, you can right click and select Show profile pic to see the profile pic. Once a pic is fetched for a particular user, it gets cashed, and will not be refetched till you close the application and start it again, saving on internet calls. You however can choose to run this application with profile pics, by turning off the Without Pic toggle.

The tasks listed in tasks pane can be removed, by clicking the bin sign.

The app puts everything other than add/remove friends or sending direct messages (which are identified by the applications as Critical Tasks) to lower priority. The lower priority tasks don’t get listed in task pane but that they are underway can be seen by this progress wheel.

The console in the task pane tells you of their success or failure.

Should you close the application while you are in the middle of a critical task, you get an option to save the tasks for later resumption.

With a mini task pane and progress statuses at the bottom of the app, you are kept abreast of ongoing tasks.

The Demo has a limit of 15 critical tasks only per start up.

Tip:

Set the interval between two Critical Tasks (Add/Remove Friends/Send Message) to anything close to a minute and perform only 100 or less critical tasks per day should keep you from catching the eye of Twitter people for the wrong reasons.
